Core Responsibilities:
Finance Business Partnering
– To collaborate with business functions and its team by providing support in terms of analytic and guidance on group level policies to achieve and maintain the best practices across the investee company.
Financial Planning and Control:
– Support the planning, preparation and support for business function budgets, in partnership with investee company, finance team, to enable compliance with finance COE guidelines and to formulate relevant financial insights and analysis.
– Support the financial forecast process in details.
Financial Controls:
Coordinate in data entry and regular update of financial information on financial systems to timely reconcile the differences and ledgers.
Other responsibilities include:
– Business Performance Management
– Personal and Professional Development of support and junior staff members
– Improvement of policies, procedures, systems and processes
– Management Reporting
– Related assignments
Knowledge of Financial reporting,controls and processes are required.
